霧 The Mist
天然的柔焦，掩蓋住俗世的缺憾，顯現出迷濛的美感，卻多了幾許困惑。
The mist covers and softens the hardship in the mundane world.
Though making a blurry beauty, it causes a sense of confusion at the same time.
霧化的效果，為平日單調的僧院，增添了趣味的層次，仍掩不了清明的氛圍。
Adding a misty effect,

白色櫻花戀 Cherry Blossom Festival in DC
1912年日本送給美國三千棵櫻花樹，種在美國首都華盛頓特區（DC）。
可是日本人很厲害地，並沒有送出最美的品種到美國和番，所以DC這兒的櫻花可不是想像中的粉紅嬌豔。不過數大就是美，淺粧粉白的櫻花也別有一番風情。就來個美式賞櫻吧！
Three thousand cherry trees were bestowed on Washington, DC by Tokyo, Japan in 1912.
Now it is the time for Cherry Blossom Festival, let's go for a short trip and have a taste of cherry watch in American style.

右後方是 Jefferson Memorial ，紀念美國第三任總統湯馬仕傑佛遜，獨立宣言起草人。
好個風和日麗，遊人如織，花粉也多到讓人嗆鼻地無法忽略。

人面桃花 Peach Blossom, Once upon a time
第一次跟桃花近距離接觸，竟然是在美國。
在北國熬過一個冰雪的寒冬，看到春風中粉嫩嬌媚的桃花，更是感到生命的美好。
I did not have any experience of appreciating peach blossoms until I went to America and stayed there for a while. It was so nice to see such pretty pink blossoms dancing with spring breeze, especially after a terribly cold winter.
如今在南方看著過往拍的照片，一個不太可能再回去的地方，竟有『人面桃花』之感。
人面桃花的成語出自崔護的《題都城南莊》：
「去年今日此門中，人面桃花相映紅。人面不知何處去，桃花依舊笑春風。」
Now I am looking at these photos in a Southern country where it is no snow at all. I know that I would never go back to the place where I took these photos. Then the idiom is occurred in my mind which describes the situation that though the environment is as usual the people there are different. It is originated from the story behind the poem written by Cui, Hu. Its main idea is that peach blossoms still there but the girl whom I am looking for is gone.

堪冷的佛菩薩 Buddha in the Snow
最近好冷喔！但是再冷也沒在一直暴露在風雪中的佛菩薩冷吧！

I saw the Buddha meditating in the snow while I looked out the window of a meditation center where the heater was on and warm.

雪中小黑人 A Black Elf in White Snow
寒流來了，冷颼颼地才有冬天的感覺。但是南方再怎麼冷，也沒有北國冰天雪地
的刻骨銘心。雖然凍徹骨髓，但是第一次碰到下雪，還是很興奮。
白雪淹沒了路徑，也應該凍死了平時佔領草地的萊姆蝨，趕快穿上雪靴，
到處踏雪探險。於是雪地就出現了一隻黑色小精靈。
Now it is getting cold. This reminds me the first time I saw snow in America.
We were so excited. We put on our snow boots to take adventure nearby.
Thus, there came a black elf in white snow.

雪中鹿 Deer in the Snow
有一天，我注意到有隻鹿在窗前，
趕快拿起相機，從窗縫按下快門。
原本不期待會留下什麼好影像，
沒想到，反而有張水墨畫效果的照片。
我什麼也沒做，只是按下快門。

One day, I noticed a deer came close to my window.
I picked up my camera and took a picture through the window.
I did not expect I would have a good picture.
However, it turns out to be one of my favorite pictures.
The only thing I did was click the shutter button.
